1. I will reply to you by email or by phone to confirm your selected date is available. You may then provide a credit card # . This credit card # will not be processed unless you do not show on the day of your charter or if you cancel your charter within 21 days of your charter date. The credit card # will reserve your selected date and you may then pay for your charter by cash, check or credit card on the day of your charter.
2. We accept all major credit cards.
   
3. When you book your charter this reserves the entire boat for just you and your group of up to 6 people.
   
4. You may bring children. Four years old is usually a good beginning age. However, there is no minimum age. Very small children usually do better on the 4 or 6 hour charter. Please call me if you have any questions.
   
5. We do not fish in rough sea conditions. You will not be charged if your charter is cancelled by the Captain because of rough sea conditions.
   
6. Your credit card will be charged 50% of the charter price if you cancel within 21 days of your charter date or if you do not show for your charter. However, I do try to be flexible and understanding with my cancellation policy.
