We troll out approximately 12 - 18 miles and bottomfish for red snapper in the summer. This is awesome fishing with our light tackle. We will often see red snapper swimming around the boat above the reef. As we troll in and out we catch king mackerel, Spanish mackerel and bonita. Red snapper can be kept from June 1st - Aug 14th, otherwise must be released. On the 6hr trip in the Fall, Winter and Spring we target vermillion snapper and triggerfish which can be kept.
